Blake Avery Content — Terms of Service (2025)

If you have any questions or need to make changes to your booking, please get in touch at least 48 hours before your scheduled shoot.
Blake Avery Content will always aim to keep the process smooth and flexible, but clear communication upfront helps everything run on schedule.

1. Bookings

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
No dates are secured until the deposit has been received and an invoice issued.
The remaining balance must be paid before delivery of the final content.

Late or outstanding payments may delay content delivery or incur a late fee after 14 days.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable.
If you need to move your shoot, one reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booked date will result in the loss of the deposit.

If the shoot can’t proceed due to weather, illness, or other unforeseen issues, we’ll arrange a new date at no extra charge.

3. On the Day

Clients are responsible for ensuring the location, people, and materials are ready to go at the agreed start time.
Delays or downtime caused by client-side issues (such as access problems or unprepared setups) may incur additional fees at the standard hourly rate.

If the shoot requires additional travel, location changes, or unplanned time extensions, extra costs may apply.

4. Delivery of Content

Edited photos and videos are typically delivered within 7–14 business days, depending on project size and complexity.
Rush delivery may be available for an additional charge.

Final files are provided via secure online delivery.
Clients have 7 days from delivery to raise any concerns or request minor adjustments.

5. Revisions

Each project includes one complimentary round of reasonable revisions.
Major changes, re-edits, or requests outside the original scope may incur additional costs at the standard editing rate.

6. Copyright & Usage

All content produced by Blake Avery Content remains the copyrighted property of Blake Avery Content unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Once full payment has been received, the client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the content for their own marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes.

Raw or unedited footage is not included unless specifically arranged prior to the shoot.
Blake Avery Content retains the right to display any created work for portfolio, website, and social media promotion, unless the client requests otherwise in writing before production begins.

7. Liability

All reasonable care is taken during production and editing.
However, Blake Avery Content is not liable for injury, property damage, or data loss incurred during the shoot or through use of the content.

In the rare event of technical failure, equipment malfunction, or unforeseen circumstances preventing completion or delivery, liability is limited to a refund of monies paid.

8. Client Obligations

Clients are responsible for obtaining all permits, permissions, and releases needed for photography or filming.
Blake Avery Content accepts no liability for issues arising from a client’s failure to secure these requirements.

9. Payment Terms

Payment details are listed on each invoice.
All invoices must be paid in full before delivery of the final content.
Late payments may attract a 10% late fee if not received within 14 days of the due date.

10. Agreement

By paying a deposit or confirming a booking in writing, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms of Service in full.
